Albishorn Lightens Things Up With The Type 10 "Officer"
Albishorn has introduced a new variation of its Type 10 chronograph, the "Officer," featuring a beige dial enhanced with black Super-LumiNova accents and a bronze crown. This limited edition watch is a continuation of the brand's "imaginary vintage" design aesthetic, with a stainless steel case measuring 39mm in diameter and a rotating bezel that extends to 41.7mm. The manual-winding ALB02 M movement, based on the Valjoux 7750 architecture, allows for a thinner profile at 12mm and places subdials in the lower section of the dial, reminiscent of the Datograph. The Type 10 "Officer" is limited to 99 pieces and retails for CHF 3,900. It features a cream textured dial, black indexes, and is water-resistant up to 100 meters. The proprietary movement boasts a 65-hour power reserve and is COSC-certified for precision. This release reflects Albishorn's commitment to both technical excellence and aesthetic appeal, ensuring that the watch remains compelling while utilizing a familiar framework.
