Around The Dial In 24 Hours With The New Farer World Timers
Farer, a British indie watch brand founded in 2015, has launched the new Farer World Timers, which incorporate Swiss-made mechanical movements and feature unique designs with a British flair. The updated World Timers, first introduced in 2019 and refined in 2024, include a central 24-hour disc and a bidirectional internal bezel that allows users to track time in 24 different cities. The new models come with intricate details, such as a guilloché pattern on the chapter ring and high-quality ceramic indices, all while maintaining a competitive price point through a direct-to-consumer approach. The latest offerings include the dark green Foxe dial and a new burgundy Thorne dial, available in both stainless steel and gold PVD options. The 39mm cases are designed with a blend of polished, brushed, and microblasted finishes and offer 100m water resistance. The Sellita SW331-2 automatic movement provides a robust 56-hour power reserve. Priced at GBP 1,525 for the steel model and GBP 1,575 for the gold PVD versions, these watches are available exclusively through Farer's website, allowing for a variety of strap customization options.
