Bertrand Delvert Appointed CEO of Swatch Group USA
Bertrand Delvert has been appointed CEO of Swatch Group USA after 26 years with the company. He moved from Paris, where he had served as managing director of Swatch Group France since 2019, and previously spent 18 years at Tissot, including as global senior vice-president of marketing and communications. He had been settling into the United States for two months before announcing his appointment. The United States is Swatch Group’s largest market, and its American region was the company’s only territory to grow sales in 2025. Revenue rose from CHF 1.2 billion to CHF 1.3 billion, while US sales increased 26% in the first half of the 2026 financial year. Delvert said the team’s collaboration and expertise will be key to the operation’s continued success; he succeeds a leader who left in September 2025.
Buying Time Analysis: Bertrand Delvert’s appointment is significant because he takes charge of Swatch Group’s largest market after leading its French operations, as the US business reports strong growth.
