Christopher Ward Launches Sealander Yalos Collection with Textured Dials

Christopher Ward has refreshed its Sealander line with the new Yalos collection, introducing four textured dial variants—Ice Blue, Salt Pink, Sand White, and Sea Green—each created through a 20‑step stamping and colour‑treatment process. The redesign also features solid central hands, uniform baton hour markers, and the removal of lume for a cleaner, dress‑watch aesthetic. A slimmer 39 mm case at 9.9 mm thickness, made from corrosion‑resistant 904L stainless steel, replaces the previous bezel and pairs with a reworked 5‑link Consort bracelet. Inside, the watch houses a Sellita SW300‑1 COSC‑certified chronometer movement with a 56‑hour power reserve, visible through an exhibition case‑back. The Yalos is offered with a suede strap at £1,290 (≈ $1,815) or a stainless‑steel bracelet at £1,495 (≈ $2,095), both water‑resistant to 100 m. With its refined case, textured dials, and upgraded movement, the collection aims to blend elegance and versatility, positioning the Sealander Yalos as a sophisticated option for both formal and adventurous occasions.

Buying Time Analysis: This story highlights Christopher Ward’s strategic evolution of the Sealander line, showcasing how refined design, upgraded materials, and a chronometer movement elevate the brand’s appeal and set a new benchmark for affordable luxury watches.
