Christopher Ward has expanded its retail presence with the opening of a new showroom in Mayfair, London, following the success of its US showrooms. This appointment-only lounge, situated above a barber shop near Saville Row, marks a significant step for the brand, which initially operated solely online. The move to a physical space aims to enhance customer experience, allowing potential buyers to interact with the watches and appreciate their craftsmanship in a relaxed environment, while maintaining the cost advantages of direct-to-consumer pricing. The Mayfair showroom will showcase the entire Christopher Ward collection and is set to become the brand's highest traffic location globally. Appointments for visits will be available starting November 17, with three slots per hour, attracting a maximum of 30 customers daily. The COO expressed that this location embodies the intersection of British style and craftsmanship, making it an ideal destination for both London residents and visitors during the upcoming holiday season.
