Chronoswiss Delphis Glacier Launch
Chronoswiss introduces the Delphis Glacier, a limited‑edition regulator‑style watch inspired by the colors and textures of Swiss glaciers. Housed in a 42 mm Grade 5 titanium case with a fluted caseband, polished bezel and oversized onion crown, the timepiece features a digital jumping hour at 12 o’clock, a retrograde minutes hand, and a small seconds display at 6 o’clock. The upper dial is finished in silver galvanic tones with hand‑guilloché patterns reminiscent of glacial ice, while the lower seconds section showcases a rich blue CVD finish. Powered by the automatic calibre C. 6004 from La Joux‑Perret, the movement runs at 28,800 vph, offers a 55‑hour power reserve, and is visible through a sapphire case back. The Delphis Glacier is produced in a limited run of 50 pieces and is expected to be priced between CHF 15,000 and CHF 18,000. It comes with a black rubber strap and combines technical sophistication with artisanal dial work, continuing the legacy of the Delphis collection that has been part of Chronoswiss’s identity since 1996.
Buying Time Analysis: The Delphis Glacier showcases Chronoswiss’s innovative blend of regulator‑style complications, artisanal dial work, and limited‑edition craftsmanship, highlighting the brand’s evolution and significance in modern haute‑horlogerie.
