Citizen Launch Attesa Shades of Red Ahead of Total Lunar Eclipse
Citizen has launched the limited edition "Attesa Shades of Red" series in celebration of the upcoming total lunar eclipse on March 3rd, 2026. The series includes two models: the Worldtimer CC4077-71Z and the Moonphase BY1005-73Z. The Worldtimer features a dark red design inspired by the blood moon, enhanced with a sapphire bezel and mother-of-pearl dial, and is powered by Citizen's Eco-Drive satellite wave GPS for precise timekeeping. Its robust construction in Super Titanium offers durability and a lightweight feel, priced at £1,595 with only 1,800 pieces available. The Moonphase model is more thematically aligned with the lunar event, showcasing a moonphase subdial that illustrates the phases of the moon with a striking red motif. It is slightly smaller and sportier, made from the same Super Titanium, and is priced at £995 with a limited run of 2,200 pieces. Both watches are designed for functionality and aesthetic appeal, with water resistance and various features to enhance user experience, ready to be worn during the next total lunar eclipse.
