Farer has expanded its Moonphase collection with the introduction of two new models: the Stratton and the Burbidge Eastern Arabic Edition. Both watches emphasize the moonphase as the central feature, with a large aperture displaying a luminous moon against a painted night sky. The Stratton features a warm gold PVD finish and a unique stone dial, while the Burbidge showcases an arctic-blue sunburst dial with Eastern Arabic numerals. Both models are powered by the hand-wound Sellita SW288-1 movement, boasting a 45-hour power reserve and practical features like hacking seconds and a quick-set date. These limited-edition watches, with only 100 pieces of the Burbidge Eastern Arabic Edition available, reflect Farer’s commitment to modern design that honors scientific exploration. The Stratton pays tribute to mathematician Frederick Stratton, while the Burbidge honors astrophysicist Margaret Burbidge.
