Fossil revisits iconic Big Tic Y2K watch
Fossil is reintroducing the iconic Big Tic Y2K watch in a Limited Edition for 2026, blending nostalgia with modern design. Originally launched in 1999, the Big Tic became a defining piece of late-1990s fashion by combining analogue timekeeping with a unique animated digital display. The revival stays true to the original concept, featuring design elements that evoke the aesthetic of the late '90s, including flickering flame displays in red or blue and models with scrolling seconds. In addition to the wristwatch, Fossil is also launching a pocket watch version of the Big Tic Y2K, capitalizing on the trend of watches as fashion accessories. This pocket watch retains the signature animated LCD display and incorporates playful features such as side pusher-activated animations, which allow for personalization.
