H. Moser & Cie Unveils The Streamliner Genesis 2
H. Moser & Cie has unveiled the Streamliner Genesis 2, a limited edition watch that continues the brand's exploration of contemporary technology in horology. Following the experimental Endeavour Centre Seconds Genesis, the Streamliner Genesis 2 combines Moser's signature design elements with innovative materials like Vantablack, which absorbs 99.965% of visible light. The watch features a smooth 40mm cushion-shaped case, a pixellated titanium crown, and a striking black dial with only the hour and minute hands visible. This model emphasizes both aesthetics and functionality, being water-resistant up to 120 meters and powered by the HMC 203 automatic calibre with a three-day power reserve. Only 100 pieces of the Streamliner Genesis 2 will be produced, with a retail price of CHF 29,900 (excluding tax). These exclusive watches will first be available to owners of the previous Endeavour Centre Seconds Genesis 1, along with an opportunity for them to share a piece with a friend. This release is part of a three-act series, with a third installment, the Genesis 3, planned for release in a year, culminating in a cohesive narrative within the brand's innovative approach to watchmaking.
