Happenings: The Horological Society Of New York To Hold Classes In Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Chicago

The Horological Society of New York (HSNY) is set to conduct award-winning horological education classes in various cities, including Washington, D.C., Atlanta, and Chicago. The classes will take place over the weekends of March 14-15 in Washington, hosted by Tiny Jewel Box, March 28-29 in Atlanta, hosted by the Atlanta Watch Society, and April 11-12 in Chicago, hosted by Oak & Oscar. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the intricacies of watch mechanisms under the guidance of professional watchmakers, gaining hands-on experience with a mechanical watch movement. Enrollment for these classes is currently open, inviting enthusiasts to discover what makes a watch tick through engaging, half-day sessions that condense the material typically taught in individual evening classes held in New York. HSNY aims to share its expertise and passion for horology, ensuring students leave with a deeper understanding of the craft. HODINKEE is proud to sponsor these educational initiatives, enhancing the horological community's growth and knowledge.
