Louis Vuitton Revives The Escale Worldtime Alongside A New Dual Time Complication
Louis Vuitton has reintroduced the Escale Worldtime collection, featuring a hand-painted dial and a new dual time complication called the Escale Twin Zone. The Escale Worldtime showcases a platinum case and a colorful dial adorned with flags representing 24 global cities, all hand-painted by a single artist, while the Escale Worldtime Flying Tourbillon adds a tourbillon mechanism and intricate enamel work. Both models are powered by new in-house movements, offering a 62-hour power reserve and ensuring precision timekeeping for travelers. The Escale Twin Zone offers a versatile solution for tracking dual time zones, accommodating both standard and unusual offsets. Available in rose gold and a high-jewelry platinum version, the Twin Zone features a unique design with skeleton hands for home time display and a discreet day/night indicator. Pricing for the new models ranges from $57,500 for the rose gold Twin Zone to $239,000 for the Flying Tourbillon, with all versions emphasizing Louis Vuitton's commitment to luxury and artistry in horology.
