Zeitwinkel has introduced the more compact Zeitwinkel 173°, an evolution of its previous model featuring a sapphire dial and large date display. This new watch boasts a redesigned stainless steel case that measures 39.7mm in diameter and 12.9mm in thickness, making it more accessible than its predecessor, the 273°. The case design incorporates softer lines and a rounded profile, featuring a large fluted crown and a sapphire crystal caseback. Two dial options are available: Saphir Fumé, which maintains the smoked aesthetic, and Saphir Bleu, offering a contemporary look. The watch retains its signature large date display at 11 o'clock and showcases the intricate movement beneath. Powered by the in-house calibre ZW0103, the Zeitwinkel 173° combines aesthetic appeal with technical prowess. The automatic movement, consisting of 387 components, offers a 72-hour power reserve and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The watch is available with multiple strap options and is produced on a made-to-order basis, aligning with Zeitwinkel's focus on small-scale production. Priced at CHF 21,500 (excluding VAT), the Zeitwinkel 173° continues to reflect the brand's commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovative design.
