LVMH Watch Week 2026: Louis Vuitton's La Camionnette — The Art of Travel in Miniature
Louis Vuitton is celebrating the legacy of its iconic camionnette by introducing a whimsical timepiece as part of the Objects of Time collection. This miniature version of the delivery vehicle, which historically transported bespoke leather trunks, features the brand's signature saffron color and intricate details, including the flame-blued LV logo and Monogram flower decorations. The clock is designed by L’Epée 1839 and showcases a self-winding movement, with time displayed through two rotating cylinders on the hood. A cleverly hidden key for winding the clock is stored in a scaled-down Monogram trunk located in the vehicle's boot. Additionally, Louis Vuitton is offering a limited edition of 15 luxurious pieces, each adorned with diamonds and sapphires, enhancing the elegance of the original design. The regular edition is priced at CHF 57,500, while the limited edition pricing is available upon request. This innovative blend of nostalgia and craftsmanship not only honors the brand's heritage but also invites collectors to engage with a piece that embodies both functionality and artistry.
