Patek Philippe Celebrates 50 Years of Nautilus with New Limited Edition Models and a Desk Watch
Patek Philippe celebrates the 50th anniversary of its iconic Nautilus collection with the introduction of two large size models and one midsize limited edition. The new ref. 5810/1G-001 and 5810G-001 feature a 41mm case and lack a date and center seconds, reminiscent of the original Nautilus design. The midsize ref. 5610/1P-001, measuring 38mm, is crafted from platinum and includes a diamond set into the 9 o'clock ear. Both models showcase a sunburst decoration under a blue PVD coating and are powered by the Caliber 240 micro-rotor movement, which is engraved with a special 50th anniversary inscription. In addition to the new wristwatches, Patek Philippe is also releasing a unique desk watch, the 958G-001, which features a larger 50.65mm white-gold case and a traditional Nautilus motif on its dial. This limited edition collection includes 2,000 pieces for the bracelet models, 1,000 pieces for the strap model, and only 100 desk watches. Pricing is set at CHF 90,000 for the platinum model, CHF 60,000 for the larger model, CHF 75,000 for the other large model, and CHF 205,000 for the desk watch. Availability is immediate, marking a significant moment in the luxury watch market.
