Patek Philippe Service Centre strengthens regional presence
Patek Philippe has reopened its Singapore Service Centre at Wheelock Place, reaffirming its commitment to the maintenance and restoration of timepieces for clients in Singapore and the surrounding region. This newly renovated center, which occupies 828 square meters, is designed to provide a high level of service and features two elegant lounges for timepiece viewings and presentations, as well as a boardroom for private consultations. The center is staffed by a 33-member customer service team, including 16 skilled watchmakers, and has earned recognition as the Best Service Centre among Patek Philippe's 12 global locations. The reopening signifies Patek Philippe's dedication to upholding its values since 1839, including independence, tradition, innovation, and quality. Managing Director Deepa Chatrath emphasized the brand's commitment to caring for each timepiece with the same expertise and devotion that define their craftsmanship. With this strategic move, Patek Philippe aims to strengthen its presence in Singapore and continue fostering the relationship with clients, ensuring that every watch, whether newly acquired or passed down through generations, is treated with utmost respect and care.
