Photo Report: A Golden Evening With Breitling
On November 28th, Breitling hosted an exclusive event at their boutique in The Hague, showcasing their new watch models just in time for the holiday season. The evening began with a welcome speech by Anthony Mak de Waay, the sales director of Breitling Netherlands, who detailed the brand's recent shift toward in-house movement production, which has increased from 30% in 2022 to 60%, with a goal of reaching 95% by 2029. Among the new introductions was the limited-edition Navitimer B01 41 in red gold, retailing at €21,350, along with other luxurious models. The event attracted around 40 guests, including passionate Breitling enthusiasts who had the opportunity to try on the new watches and share their collections. Notable pieces included vintage models like the early 2000s Breitling Aerospace and rare editions such as the Compass Explorateur and early Navitimer. The evening fostered a sense of community among watch lovers, with discussions around the brand’s innovations and a shared appreciation for the craftsmanship of Breitling timepieces.
