Rainbow-powered chronographs: Zenith unveils bold new Chroma duo
Zenith has introduced two new limited edition models of the DEFY Extreme Chroma, showcasing a vibrant design that expands upon previous colorful releases. These 45mm timepieces are crafted from titanium, featuring either black micro-blasted or white ceramic components, and are characterized by their angular architecture. The bold use of color is evident across the bezel, crown guards, and dial, creating a striking visual impact. Each model is powered by a unique version of Zenith’s El Primero 9004 calibre, which boasts the ability to time intervals to 1/100th of a second and includes two independent escapements. One model features a blue rotor with a microblasted titanium case and black dial, while the other contrasts with a white ceramic case and an electric green rotor. Both watches come equipped with a quick-change strap system, offering options of rubber, titanium bracelet, and Velcro. Priced at 19,900 CHF, these timepieces exemplify Zenith's commitment to innovative design and precision engineering.
