Rolex Reveals Watch Servicing Prices

Rolex has released its first public price list for watch servicing, detailing costs that range from $660 for basic modern models such as the DateJust, Explorer, Land‑Dweller, and Oyster Perpetual, up to $8,810 for the most complex vintage pieces like Chronographs and Moonphase watches. The pricing tiers also cover popular models such as the Submariner, GMT‑Master II, Yacht‑Master, Daytona, Sky‑Diver, and older five‑digit reference watches, with fees varying between $770 and $1,430 depending on the model and required parts. The service process involves a complete disassembly of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning, reassembly, lubrication, and thorough testing for accuracy and water resistance, followed by a two‑year guarantee. Watches can be submitted to any authorized dealer, with servicing performed at the retailer, a national service centre, or in Switzerland for the most intricate jobs. Rolex reserves the right to refuse service, in which case a $280 rejection fee is charged.

Buying Time Analysis: Roleel’s first public service‑price list brings unprecedented transparency to watch maintenance costs, helping owners anticipate expenses and understand the value of proper upkeep.
