Straum Jan Mayen Frozen Metal Titanium Watch
The new Straum Jan Mayen Frozen Metal Titanium introduces the brand’s first grade 5 titanium bracelet, compatible with existing titanium models, and features a distinctive frosted dial created by a proprietary galvanic finishing process. The 38.7 mm case retains the compact proportions of the Jan Mayen collection and houses the La Joux‑Perret G101 automatic movement, offering a 68‑hour power reserve, sapphire crystal on both sides, and 100 metres of water resistance. Designed to evoke the icy Norwegian landscape, the watch combines a textured white dial with polished Frostbite Blue hands and applied indices for high legibility. The integrated bracelet tapers from 24.8 mm at the case to 18 mm at the clasp, includes a micro‑adjust butterfly clasp with 4 mm on‑the‑fly adjustment, and is also available with an optional FKM rubber strap. Pre‑orders are open in London and New York, with delivery slated for November and pricing at €2 260/US$2 950/£2 380 for the bracelet version.
