Swatch Group Revenues Down In 2025

In 2025, Swatch Group reported a decline in revenues, with total sales amounting to CHF 6,280 million, representing a decrease of 1.3% at constant exchange rates and 5.9% at current rates. Despite facing challenges in markets such as China, Hong Kong, and Macau, the company saw strong sales growth in the Americas and double-digit increases in the Middle East and India. Notably, the second half of the year showed improvement, with a 4.7% increase in sales at constant exchange rates and a significant 7.2% rise in the fourth quarter. The operating profit dropped to CHF 135 million from CHF 304 million in 2024, primarily due to production difficulties. The Group managed to reduce inventory by 4.5% and cut back on purchases from third-party suppliers amid a sluggish watch industry. However, with a marked recovery in the latter half of 2025, particularly in China, Swatch Group remains optimistic about potential sales and profit growth in 2026.
