The Horological Society Of New York To Hold Classes In Atlanta and Washington, D.C.
The Horological Society of New York (HSNY) is set to conduct award-winning watchmaking classes in Atlanta on January 24 and 25, 2026, hosted by the Atlanta Watch Society, followed by sessions in Washington, D.C. on March 14 and 15, 2026, at Tiny Jewel Box. These classes offer an opportunity for students to delve into the mechanics of watchmaking, learning under the guidance of professional watchmakers. Participants will engage hands-on with a mechanical watch movement, gaining insights into key components such as the gear train, winding mechanisms, and escapement. The classes, which are structured as half-day sessions, encompass the same material taught in HSNY's evening classes held in New York. Enrollment is currently open, and the society looks forward to welcoming attendees to these enriching educational experiences.
