The Rolex Yacht-Master II has made a return after a two-year absence, featuring significant updates in both aesthetics and mechanics. The new references, 126680 and 126688, showcase a redesigned dial with a matte white lacquer finish, relocating the regatta timing scale to an outer flange. The watch retains its 44mm size and is available in Oystersteel or 18k yellow gold, now equipped with a blue Cerachrom insert on the unidirectional rotating bezel. The previous Ring Command system has been replaced by programmable winch-style pushers, enhancing functionality. In addition to the visual updates, the Yacht-Master II introduces the Calibre 4162 movement, boasting Rolex’s latest technical innovations, including the Chronergy escapement and a 72-hour power reserve. The new movement operates at a rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour and incorporates advanced materials for durability. The watch is presented on an updated three-link bracelet, providing a more harmonious profile and equipped with an Oysterlock folding clasp.
