This Ultra-Affordable Daily Field Watch Gets a User-Friendly Update

Dryden has introduced the Heartlander Solar, an updated version of its flagship field watch that now features a solar quartz movement, enhancing its functionality and user-friendliness. This model is designed for daily wear and is priced under $300, making it an affordable option for watch enthusiasts. The Heartlander Solar retains its 38mm elliptical brushed steel case while incorporating a new dial design with printed numeral hour markers and a date window repositioned at three o'clock. It is available in four colors—green, blue, black, and gray—each boasting a unique aesthetic. The new watch maintains durability with a 100m water resistance rating and features enhanced visibility through Super-LumiNova coated hands and markers. The introduction of a quick-release FKM rubber strap adds convenience, and the solar-powered movement offers a reliable alternative to traditional mechanical movements. With its combination of practicality and style, the Heartlander Solar is set to launch on November 7, with prices ranging from $279 to $289 depending on the color and case finish.
