The collaboration between Schaefer and Companions and Michael Wolf has led to the creation of two unique watches, the Solune Dune Grand Art and Solune Dune Médaillon, inspired by desert landscapes. These timepieces showcase intricate straw marquetry dials, reflecting the beauty of the Sahara and the artistic vision of acclaimed marquetry artist Sabine Aucoulon. The watches feature a 43mm case crafted from 904L stainless steel, a 12-pointed bezel emulating the sun, and are powered by a Top Grade ETA 2892-A2 automatic movement, ensuring reliability and precision. Both models are designed with a focus on artistic expression and practicality, offering distinct aesthetics with the Grand Art boasting an entire dial made of marquetry while the Médaillon has a polished window for the artwork. The collection is complemented by box-stitched suede straps and is available for order, with prices set at CHF 2,820.40 for the Grand Art and CHF 1,820.08 for the Médaillon.
