Traska Introduces their First Chronograph
Traska has introduced its first chronograph, aptly named the Traska Chronograph, marking the brand's first new watch in nearly four years. Designed to stand apart from the hype surrounding luxury brands, this chronograph embodies Traska's ethos of producing purpose-built tools. The watch features an automatic Seiko NE86 movement, with a dial layout that includes registers at 3 and 9 and a date window at 6. Its muted gray and silver tones are complemented by a contrasting red chronograph seconds hand, while the tungsten tachymeter bezel allows for practical, everyday use. The stainless steel case maintains a sleek profile with dimensions of 39mm in diameter and a case height of 13.75mm, showcasing a vintage aesthetic through a box-style double-domed sapphire crystal. Each piece undergoes a hardening treatment, increasing its durability to 1200 HV on the Vickers’ scale. Limited to an initial launch of 300 pieces in the “Tungsten Gray” colorway, the chronograph will be available for sale on March 1 at a retail price of $1,650, with immediate shipping for 100 pieces and the remainder expected by late April.
