Two New Additions to the IWC Ingenieur Automatic 35 Collection
The IWC Ingenieur Automatic 35 Collection has expanded with two new models that highlight both luxury and functionality. One model features an 18k gold bezel adorned with 45 white diamonds, while the other showcases a signature blue dial. Both new references maintain the collection's 100m water resistance and ergonomic design, reflecting the evolution of the Ingenieur line from its origins in 1955 as IWC's first antimagnetic wristwatch to its modern revival in 2023. The 35mm models, designed with a thinner profile of just 9.4mm, include a round bezel with five functional screws and an integrated stainless steel bracelet. The grid dial design offers depth, with gold-plated hands and indices on the diamond-set model, while the blue dial model uses rhodium-plated elements. The automatic calibre 47110 movement, derived from the Cartier 1847 MC base, provides a 42-hour power reserve. Pricing is set at CHF 10,500 for the blue dial version and CHF 17,500 for the diamond bezel model.
