Vanguart launches new coloured ceramic versions of the Orb Flying Tourbillon
Vanguart has introduced two new editions of its Orb Flying Tourbillon, adding coloured ceramic elements to the previously high‑concept timepiece. The Pink Ceramic Titanium version combines a titanium case with pink ceramic inserts, while the Blue Ceramic Rose Gold version pairs 18k rose gold with blue ceramic accents. Both maintain the watch’s open‑worked architecture, luminescent hour markers, and the innovative crown‑integrated function selector that switches between manual winding, automatic winding, and time‑setting modes. The case remains 41 mm in diameter and 10.5 mm thick, featuring a curved ergonomic caseback, sapphire crystal front and back, and a water resistance of 30 m. The proprietary self‑winding flying tourbillon movement runs at 21,600 vibrations per hour, offers a 60‑hour power reserve, and includes 395 components housed in grade‑5 titanium. Each version is limited to 25 pieces and is supplied with a colour‑matched rubber strap and a quick‑release system. Pricing is available on request, with the titanium model previously listed around CHF 150,000 and the gold version around CHF 180,000.
